Booking Process

Get in touch with us with the brief for your event. We will be in touch to organise a complimentary, no obligation discovery call. In this call we will discuss the brief and budget in more detail.
If you choose to go ahead, we will send you a contract and the invoice for full payment.

Based on your brief and our discovery call, we will conduct the research for you. We will provide you with a shortlist for each of the agreed categories.
This is typically delivered within a month. Occasionally, this can take longer and will be advised to you if that applies.

After you have received your shortlist , we remain available for any questions you have. If you don’t like any of the suppliers (budget, style etc), we will revise the list up to three times.
If you want to go ahead with any of the suppliers, we will do the introduction to allow you to book.
