Includes:

  • Up to 3 hours of calls with the wedding couple for finalising details and creation of wedding function sheet

  • Final vendor confirmations and timeline management

  • Pre-wedding venue walk-through

  • Management of set up of vendors

  • On-the-day troubleshooting to handle any unexpected issues

  • Direction for staff, suppliers, and family to keep the day flowing smoothly

  • Up to 2 team members, depending on the number of guests and complexity of your wedding.

Pricing:

  • Full Day: £1,650 – 10 hours of coverage from set up to evening reception, ensuring your entire day is perfectly executed.

  • Half Day: £950 – Ideal for smaller weddings or partial coverage, focusing on your ceremony and key moments.

  • Additional Hours: POA - if you want the team onsite for the additional hours outside of your package

  • Additional Staff Members: POA

Booking Process

What is the process to booking with us?

  • We will reply to you as soon as possible and normally within 48 hours.

  • After we have received your enquiry, we will invite you to book a complimentary, no obligation call. This call is 30 minutes and is to get more details about your wedding day and to see if we would be a great fit to work together.

  • After the call, we will send you a summary of our recommendations. We will hold your date provisionally for a week.

    During this time, if you have any questions, please ask us. We will be in touch after a few days to see if you want to move forward with us.

    There’s no hard feelings if not!

  • If you go ahead, we send across the contract and deposit invoice.

    For weddings/events with more than 6 months before the day this would be spilt into 3 or 4 payments. For events with less than 6 months a 50% deposit and for events in less than 3 months, full payment will be requested.

    Once we have received your signed contract your date is locked in.

  • We will be in touch to organise your three x 1 hour calls.

  • We will have produced a function sheet based on our calls and we will be ready to run your Wedding day.

    We will provide 10 hours of on the day coordination.
